The families programme allows parents and their children to participate in interactive learning experiences together, from treasure trails and guided tours to activity workshops.
The exploration bag will help families embark on a journey across centuries with the help of do-it-yourself activities. Children will discover some known and unknown facts embedded in the objects on display in the exhibition representing nine important moments of Indian & World history.
Please note: This activity is a pre-booked activity, suitable for students of classes 5-10 (or 10-15 years old). It should take around 1- 1.5 hours, although there is no time limit.
You can collect the exploration bag from the India and the World help desk, and return it to the reception only. You also need to submit a nominal and non-refundable charge of Rs when you collect the exploration bag.
For more information, you can read the Exploration Bag Guidelines (.docx format)
